Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for welder training and qualification management; 

2. Responsible for the preparation of welding procedure documents and operation instructions, and ensure the correct implementation of employees in the operation process;

3, responsible for WPS, PQR and related process documents preparation and review, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and customer specifications;

4, responsible for the maintenance of welding quality management system;

5, responsible for welding process analysis and process design;

6. Responsible for third-party Nadcap audit and customer audit to ensure welding process compliance;

7, supervise and improve the welding quality of the workshop, responsible for the analysis and solution of welding problems, analyze key failures together with QA and provide guidance on corrective actions;

8. Continuous improvement of welding process to support capacity building and capacity increase;

9. Responsible for the introduction of new product welding process and the development of new process, such as semi-automatic welding system, robot welding system, laser welding, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in welding engineering or related major, age: 25~42 years old;

2, at least 5 years welding related work experience;

3. Rich practical experience in welding process, especially in argon arc welding of various materials in aerospace industry, such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, etc. Familiar with flame brazing, induction brazing, laser welding is preferred;

4, familiar with AWS D17.1 welding standards, IWE certificate is preferred;

5, familiar with AS9100 quality management system, have aviation Nadcap audit experience;

6, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

7, strong learning ability, good team spirit.
